How will Inspired by Science Winter STEM Camp work? Here’s what you need to know:

Registration

• Registration will take place online from November 19-28, 2020 (until midnight). Registration is FREE!
• Registrants receive a free camp kit containing many of the supplies needed to complete activities.
• Upon registration, a confirmation message will be sent to you that contains the password to access the virtual camp starting on December 12, 2020. A second e-mail message will be sent to you before the camp start date with the date, time, and location of the camp kit pickup location nearest to you, as indicated in your online registration.

All About Camp

• Camp will take place virtually at www.inspiredbyscience.org from December 12-31, 2020. You will need the password provided in your registration confirmation e-mail to access the camp page.
• Camp is self-paced, meaning you can do the activities in any order and at any time between December 12-31, 2020 that is convenient for you.
• The camp will include four experiments and two STEM challenges.
• Watch each video on our Web site to see how to do the experiments, learn cool science concepts and to see what the criteria are for the STEM challenges.
• Submit photos and/or comments about each activity until camp ends to earn entries into prize drawings at the end of camp. Top STEM challenge photos will be chosen and awarded additional entries for prize drawings. Prize winners will be announced on January 1, 2021 by 5 p.m. on our Web site and recipients will be notified by e-mail.

TIP – Start saving paper towel tubes, toilet paper tubes, wrapping paper tubes, tissue boxes, cereal boxes, etc. that can be used for the STEM challenges!
